蔓防期間中の高崎出張、夜の楽しみを確保すべく、心当たりの店に電話するも、どこの店も電話が通じない?
ひょっとして休業中では?と、探してまくって、やっと辿り着いた 酉こう これが大当たり!
案の定、高崎の歓楽街は休業だらけ、周辺では、この店だけが頑張ってる感じですねー。
暖簾を潜ると、明るく、余裕のあるカウンター席、なかなか小綺麗でモダンな雰囲気。
焼き鳥屋さんには見えませんねー。
好印象です。
入ってすぐ右手のカウンターに陣取る。
ここは、焼き手の仕事ぶりがよく見えて、焼き場との間はアクリル板で仕切られいるから、煙の気配をまったく感じない特等席ですねー。
さーて、焼き鳥は滅多に食べないけど、何から頼もうかな?

生つくねは一日前から仕込むらしく、電話の際に予約が必要です。
なかなかの拘りですねー。
酒は、日本ワインと新政や九平次が並んでます。

先日フレンチで軽く茹でたやつをバターソースで食べ比べしたばかりだったんだけど、今度は焼き白アスパラとの対比ができますねー。
