Tosa Bincho Charcoal We use charcoal filled with Mr. Kondo's passion. Mr. Kondo says, ``I want to burn one-of-a-kind charcoal, so that a single charcoal can connect people and create a great sense of harmony.'' He has inherited this idea and carefully assembles each charcoal one by one. Torikou's yakitori is filled with the thoughts of various craftsmen.

The owner, who was originally a French cuisine chef, met Mr. Kawagoe of Nerima Torinaga and was captivated by the simplicity yet depth of the restaurant and jumped into this world. He is constantly exploring the possibilities of yakitori by exploring the ingredients, salt, charcoal, and process.
