名古屋で修業され地元を大事にされるご主人の西川さん。鮮魚の仲卸も地元名古屋の「カネ甚」さんという徹底した名古屋前は初めてなので嬉しい限り。明るくお話上手な奥さまとお弟子さんがご主人を盛り立てる家庭的な雰囲気♫
