2024年2月。山口旅
初日の夜は下関にある『レストラン高津』さんへ。
有形文化財の蜂谷ビル(元捕鯨会社の洋館)に店を
構え、店の前からは海も見渡せます。
19時からの予約で店内へ。
L字カウンターで席幅も広く、ゆったり食事できる
感じもいいですね〜
では泡で乾杯。

ワンオペなんですが間延びする感じもなく、シェフ
と会話もできて、楽しい時間を過ごせました。
地元の食材も濃厚な味わいで、食材の組み合わせも
斬新だけどマッチしていて、ワインも進みました♪
※シェフは飲めないそうですが(メチャクチャ飲め
そうに見えるけどw)、ワインも色々揃えている
のが嬉しい〜
今回頂いた中ではアオリイカ、フグ、ブルーチーズ
無角和牛などが特に好みでしたっ
(もちろんドレも美味しかったです。)
下関に行く時は、是非再訪したいと思います!
