ダイビングで八丈島に行ったので、ショップの人に頼んで
予約をしてもらい友人たちと4人で行ってきました
他ではあまり食べられない島ならではの料理が盛りだくさん
今回頼んだもの
・ヒジキの煮もの(お通し)
・あしたば天ぷら
カラッと揚がったものに軽く塩を振り食べる
独特の苦さや青臭さはなくビールに合ううまさ
・ブド
海藻を煮て魚の切り身と一緒に固めた八丈の家庭料理
食感は寒天のよう
・青海亀の煮込み
いろいろな部位を味噌煮込みに
冷めるとかなり生臭い 温かいうちに食べることをおすすめします
もし冷めちゃってもお店の人に言えば温めなおしてくれますよ
・ムロアジのくさや
伊豆諸島の名物くさや
温かいうちに細かく裂いて唐辛子マヨネーズをつけて食べる

今回は、マグロ サワラ メダイ 岩のりでした

あっさりとした脂の少ない白身
ヒレ(羽根)の部分がカリカリでスナック感覚
・豆腐サラダ
やはり刺身は新鮮でどれもうまい
クロムツの刺身は適度に脂が乗って最高でした
