週末の家族ディナーでお邪魔。国分寺駅南口から徒歩25分ほど、国分寺と小金井と府中の市境に近い微妙な場所に店舗を構えるチャイニーズ。ヌーベルシノワの先駆者・脇屋友詞氏を師と仰ぐ店主がご近所マダム達を唸らせる人気店。あの井之頭五郎氏もSeason9で訪問したお店。
テーブル3卓のみのこぢんまりとした店舗ゆえ予約必須。1週間前に予約し、とある日曜日18:00にお邪魔。
(おそらく、17:30〜、18:00〜、18:30〜でそれぞれ1組ずつの予約を受けているものと思われる)
メニューはグランドメニュー以外にも短冊メニューや白板メニューなど数多い。五郎氏がオーダーした人気メニューを中心に8品をオーダー。
以下提供順に。
◆海老のXO醬炒め(小盆)
自家製XO醬を使用したぷりぷり海老の炒め物。歯応えの残るブロッコリー、筍、パプリカ、ナスに貝柱の香る醬がよく絡む。全体的にあっさりとした仕上り。
◆あさりと白菜のクリーム煮(小盆)
あさりの出汁が息づくクリームはまったりコク深い。細切り白菜のしゃっきり食感も小気味良き。
◆牡蠣とニラの辛子炒め(1人1個)
「炒め」と聞いて油炒めを想像したが、大ぶりの牡蠣をニラのたっぷり入ったピリ辛の醤油ダレで炒め煮したもの。牡蠣のコクとピリ辛ダレが調和し美味。
◆白身魚の衣揚げひき肉あんかけ(小盆)
カリふわの白身フライに粘度の高い醤油ベースのひき肉餡。生姜が奥深い後味を演出し、爽やかに後を引く。
◆鰻蒲焼きチャーハン(1人前)
タレの絡まるしっとり仕上げ。ねっとり甘めの鰻と裏腹にたっぷり散らした青葱が食感と辛味を演出。お店おすすめの山椒油をふりかけるとなんとも言えない香りと痺れ。とめどなく溢れるヌーベル感(´^ω^`)w
◆春巻(1人1本)
揚げたてパリパリで餡は甘めで粘度高めの細切り肉、筍。店主特製というお店おすすめのカラシには適度な酸味があり、餡の甘みにベストマッチ。ってか、この辛子買って帰りたい(*´艸`*)
◆蟹あんかけ焼きそば(塩味、小盆)
両面をしっかり焼いたパリパリ焼きそばに餡を掛けた一品。餡はカニ、筍、白菜、青菜でやさしい味わい。こちらも自家製辛子が大変よくあう。
◆杏仁豆腐(1人1個)
ねっとりクリーミーでリッチな甘さ。寒天感が一切なくミルキーな仕上がり。これ、必食( ・ㅂ・)و ̑̑
そんなこんなで、歓喜の腹パン。
上品な味付けのものが多いので、お年寄りにもウケが良さそう。次回母が上京した時には是非連れて来たい。
