「お節に飽きたらカレーもね」と古いCFではないが、お節に飽きた?仲間と年明け早々にこちらへ。
ホルモン類は定番メニューにあり、オススメ正肉類と刺身はホワイトボードに。
正肉(黒毛和牛)よりホルモンは牛・豚ともかなりの品数があり相当自信ありと見受けました。
モツスキーとしては大いに興奮する充実ぶりです。
実際に刺身五種盛り(ハツ、ハラミ、ツラミ、センマイ、コブクロ)はそれぞれに一手間いやふた手間かけてあり
モツ好きとしてはこれだけをアテに飲んでいてもいいくらい。
久々に会う仲間との話も盛り上がり過ぎ正確な部位名は曖昧なのだが、とにかく質の良さと下仕事の丁寧さは
一級品。
牛カッパなんて手間のかかるものをオススメで出すあたりからも仕事の自信が伺える気がします。
キムチやナムルも盛り合わせでもらいましたが、いい味のバランスで作り手の手間が伝わる気がします。
各自お好みで頼んで飲み放題2時間付きで頭割りだと7000円以下というリーズナブルさ。
