天ぷら元良さんが恵比寿に移転され、元のお店は
お弟子さんの的場さんが天主を努める天ぷら元良的場
として開店されたので、金曜日の夜にお伺いしました。
店内はカウンター7席で一番奥に招じられた。
隣とはアクリル板で仕切られている。
さて、最初のドリンクはいつものように芋焼酎
長崎県新上五島町五島灘酒造の五島灘の灘ソーダ割り
天ぷらの前のお造りは、マコガレイとメイチダイ
冷酒は宮城県塩竃市の阿部勘
冷酒は半合500円からとドリンクが安いですね。
好みの御酒が多いです。セーブしなくては。
