三軒茶屋にあるお気に入りの居酒屋「炉とマタギ」が新宿 歌舞伎町にOPENということでさっそく行ってきました♪
店内に入るとあのゴミゴミした街を忘れてしまうような落ち着いた空間。
今回は6人で伺い、アラカルトでオーダーしました。
◇しょっつる枝豆の石鍋焼き(480円)
ハタハタを発酵させて作る魚醤を蒸し鍋の上から流し入れ蒸し焼きに。
枝豆なのにこの演出は凄い。1品目から驚きました。
◇マタギの三獣奏(1,880円)
この日は、和歌山県産 猪・北海道産 蝦夷鹿モモ・高知県産 土佐鴨ロース。
ジビエ特有の獣臭さもなく、ジビエ嫌いの私も食べられました。
自家製の焼き味噌がこれまた美味しい!いいつまみになります。
◇葉巻 盛り合わせ(480円)
店員さんにおすすめされて。三獣奏のお肉と一緒に頂きます。
◇焔の焼き玉葱(380円)
低温でじっくりローストされた玉葱はびっくりするぐらい甘い!
目の前で燃やしてくれたりと、パフォーマンスが凄い♪
◇鴨ネギ鍋(1,580)
前日から仕込んでいるという出汁に6人全員ハマってしまい、追加で出汁を貰うほど。〆のきりたんぽも美味しかった~!
◇石焼カルボナーラリゾット(880円)
店員さんが目の前で混ぜ混ぜしてくれます。
玉子に火が通り過ぎるとカルボナーラではなくなってしまうそうで、さっと混ぜてくれました。
◇猪ソーセージ(950円)

熱々の大学芋に冷たい黒胡麻アイスがとっても良く合います。
ボリュームも多いのでみんなでシェアするのにぴったり◎
おすすめ上手な店員さんで、あれもこれもついついオーダーしてしまいました(笑)
商品説明もしっかりしていて良かったです♪
私以外、男性だったこともあり、みんなガンガン食べるし、飲むしお会計いきそうだな~と思いましたが、一人当たり4706円と思った以上にリーズナブルでした。
満足度高めです。
歌舞伎町に良いお店少ないので、ここはリピート確定です!
