恵比寿です。
ユッケや肉刺しがウンマイと評判のこちら、【#ヒロキヤ恵比寿】さんにお伺いしました。
食べログの予約画面をたたくと、二名から予約可能との画面が出てきますが、それで諦めるラッコでは無い!
繁忙日時ならともかく、中途半端な週のなか日で、極端に早いか遅ければおひとり様もオッケーの筈・・・、多分?
電話で問い合わせると、フフフッ、その通りや!
伊達に長生きはしていない。テーブルを空けておくくらいなら、ひとりでも座らせるに越したことは無いもんね、グフッ\(//∇//)\
ということで、雨脚の強くなるなか、かって知ったる通りをノテノテノテ。中に入ると二人用のテーブルにご案内。他の四卓は全て埋まっており、人気のほどが窺えます。
さてさてそれでは本題。
いただいたお肉類は以下の通り。

<まとめ>
時間帯と曜日次第でおひとり様もオッケーだったけれど、問題は一皿の量。
なるべく少量ずつ色んな部位を食べたいし、キムチやサラダでお腹いっぱいになりたくもないし・・・
その課題をクリアしたのは、なんと爺さんの涙。
泣く子と爺さんには勝てない!
孫くらいの優しいスタッフさんが少なめポーションで特別に盛り付けてくれました。
爺さんの涙(泣いてはいません。すがるように見つめるだけです)はエメラルドやな、アハッ\(//∇//)\
それはともかく、肝心のお味ですが、やはり肉刺しは美味い\(//∇//)\
ニンニク醤油と九州の甘醤油(馬肉につけるやつかな)、オニオンスライスとの相性が抜群。
肉質も良えんやろな、ほんのりとした甘味が舌の上で踊ります。
ユッケの三種盛りも口に合いました。
塩、味噌、タレで味付けしたユッケ肉を韓国海苔で包んでいただくと、もうね『マシッソヨ(^◇^)』
焼肉も良いですよ。
シンシンの肉質は赤坂の高級店並み。
サガリとハラミの食べ比べも楽しかったし、それに何よりテールにはビックリポン。
ひと口噛んでは奥歯が跳ね返され、二度三度と噛み続けると溢れ出す、四つ脚動物の危険な野性味。
テールはスープより焼きが好きになったかも、アハッ(^O^)
キムチにチョレギサラダの量もおひとり様の適量で、さらに〆の冷麺。
カツオと昆布のお出汁にプラスアルファの隠し味。酢橘の酸味で味変し、これもまた抜群に口に合いました。
