“Go To Eat“ 第 17 弾はこちらに訪店です(^_-)
こちらは、「大人の隠れ家レストラン」でも紹介された、
都内有名会員制ホテル出身の若い料理長が仕切っておられる
との事ですが、詳細は不明でありまする!
2012年にオープンした様ですが、それなりに使い込まれており、
席の後ろ側が余裕の無い構造で、最上級の雰囲気とは言い難いお店です。
目配りの良いホールスタッフ有りで、退店時は料理長自ら
エレベーターのボタンを居押してのお見送り付きです(笑
クリスマス当日と言う事か?、先客・後客共にお若いアベックばかりで、
カウンター席は全て埋まった状態&他に個室に1組あり。
ドレスコード無しのお店ですが、キャップを被ったまま食事をする客も居て、
銀座のお寿司屋さんと言っても、2500~3500円の低価格設定のコースの
客が殆どでは、こうなってしまうんでしょうね(T_T)

カニの身入りの茶碗蒸し○
カニの身は少な目ですが、スターターらしい控え目な味付けですね。
もう少しつまみが出るかと思いきや、もう握りがスタートです(;゚ロ゚)
ガリは甘さの無い自家製で、シャリも甘さ控え目の赤酢でありまする~♪

以上、握り14貫・玉・巻物ですので、腹パンにはなりました~(^^)
客層が客層ですので、高級?食材のローテーションは今一つの様で、
感動する様な握りは一つもありませんでした!!!
隣席の低価格設定のコースもチェックしていましたが、あの内容なら
近所の梅丘寿司の美登利総本店 銀座店の方が満足度は高いでしょうね(笑
