週末の夜にお伺いした。前以て9000円の懐石コースを予約してる。コースは事前予約が必要らしいので注意が必要。
〈先付け〉
「鰻の煮凝り」濃厚でありながら、後味すっきり!大将の腕を早くも感じさせる一品。美味しい。
「海鮮サラダ」
青々とした新鮮な野菜と海ブドウやタコ等の海鮮サラダ。ドレッシングのレベルもかなり高い。美味しく頂きました。
「お造り」
雲丹、マグロ、コチ。特にコチは心地よい生臭さがたまらなく美味しかった。
「鰻の白焼き」
鰻を知り尽くしたと感じさせる絶妙な焼き加減。思わず笑顔になる美味しさ。
「鰻重」
鰻は身が柔らかく皮はしっかりしている。絶妙なタレと美味しいご飯。素晴らしい鰻重!!見事です(*^^*)
〈総評〉
素直に味は笑顔や思わず言葉に出てしまうほど美味しかったです。大将の腕もかなりのものでしょう。鰻は仕入れは高いし変動も凄い。この価格のまま、何とか頑張って貰いたい。
