こだわりの地酒とこだわりの肴を味わえる、手打ちそば店「尾沼」さんの
夜の顔が面白い☆行って良かったと思いながら、このログを書いています。
地酒は四銘柄頂きまして、一番好みに合ったのが「五橋」(山口県岩国市)
規格外の山田錦を使っていて、特定名称酒の分類上では「普通酒」という。
お通しに頂いたのは、見事な「天然のこごみのお浸し」シダ植物の若芽で
熱湯に通すことで色鮮やかなグリーンに☆目が釘付けになるルックスです。
五橋(ごきょう)の甘味と苦味と酸味は、飲めば飲むほどに心地良くなる。
「お客さん(五橋)もう飲んじゃいました?第二のお通しを‥」と頂いた
「うどのきんぴら」と、お勧めされた「天然たらの芽の天ぷら」出揃って
のっけから贅の極み!たらの芽も立派なこと、ホクホクと風味をしっかり
感じられました♡スタート・ダッシュ決まりすぎで、この後どうなるんw
焼物は「鯛の頭の塩焼き」と、それに合うお酒のアドバイスを受けまして
「ドメーヌ越の鶴・純米大吟醸」に。吟醸香ふゎぁ〜来ますねぇ、辛さが
際立っていて、多少苦み(例えばグレープフルーツのような)を感じます。
たぬぞう磨き上げた香りのお酒より、味のお酒が好きみたい?‥いやまだ
舌が肥えていないからかな。鯛の頭の塩焼きの、塩のお味が美味しいんだ
頭(かしら)にある筋肉という筋肉と、脂という脂を無言で食べ尽くして
次のお味を貪欲に探求します「うどとホタルイカの酢味噌」に合わせるは
「鏡山・純米大吟醸」は小江戸川越(埼玉県川越市)本日ご用意のお酒は
【にごり】なんですって、それを酢味噌和えの最強コンビで頂こうという。
グラスの中でモクモクしてる、口にしてシュヮワ発泡、辛口だけど好き!
アルコール度10パーセントは飲み口良く、冷え冷えにして苦味が美味い
クイッと喉を通せば酸味もいる。純米大吟醸のにごりか、色々あるんだな。
うどは今季未食でギリギリセーフ!シャキシャキ食感ほのかに山の香り♪
いよいよ〆のお酒「伊予賀儀屋・純米」食事を「せいろ」でお願いします。
今夜試したどのお酒とも異なる香り。辛いのに‥やばい、舌が間違い無く
肥えていって、日本酒の味の虜になっちゃうでしょ。辛い日本酒も好きに
なったら日本酒沼に100%ハマり。グラス四杯で日本酒口になっていて
せいろの美味しさは倍増⤴︎甘いかえしに感じるが、シラフの舌じゃないと
定かでない?ズズッと音を立て空気と共に味わいまして、ごちそうさま!
