花雪で食事をするのは今回が2回目で、刺身の盛り合わせの新鮮さに感動しました。 盛り合わせにはマグロ、サーモン、イエローテール、ホタテなどの貝類が入っていて、とても新鮮でした。 ここで刺身を食べるのが好きだったのは、生の魚のスライスを包むのに使用する海藻シートのプレートも提供されることです。 生の魚を一人で食べるのとはかなり違う味わいになります。 サーモン鍋料理もぜひお試しください。野菜やきのこがたっぷり入っています。 最後になりましたが、まずは海ぶどうでマリネしたタコを試してみてください。 This was the second time I have dined at Hanayuki and the restaurant has not failed to impress me with the freshness of their sashimi platter. The platter had slices of tuna, salmon, yellow tail, scallops and other varieties of shellfish and they were really fresh. What I liked about having the sashimi here is that they also provide you with a plate of seaweed sheets which you use to wrap the slices of raw fish with. Makes it taste quite different from just eating the raw fish on its own. The salmon hotpot dish is another must try, with lots of accompanying vegetables and mushrooms. Last but not least, for starters, try the octopus marinated with sea grapes.

The location was easy to find, with great parking for both cars and bikes, which made it an ideal place to meet. I was greeted upon arrival and taken to our booth on the second floor, which was great for four people to talk in private. We tried a range of the dishes, but I particularly relished the sushi and the fish, both beautifully cooked, mouthwatering tasty and well presented. The service was excellent, being very attentive although not overbearing. We all certainly enjoyed the restaurant, the food, and the service and we will be coming back. Thank you

The king crab was great value and delicious, very fresh sashimi- even the tea is home brewed. The Japanese owner and Japanese chef are also very helpful and friendly- highly recommended!!

The staff are very friendly and attentive and the fitout of the store is nice. Food is very fresh and tasty and the music isn't too loud so you can actually talk to your friends without shouting. It's also great they're open until 2am so perfect for late night snacking and drinks with friends.
