Especially restroom is perfect. There is a sauna on the top floor, only man use. Breakfast is also perfect. Good and various. You can have breakfast in the room or the lobby. And all staff are very friendly and kind. When I lost my phone in the taxi, they try to find it and contact the taxi driver. And at last, I found my phone :) they always try to work the request of customers like their work. The hotel manager is also good. In tet holiday, he invited my a dinner party because all restaurants were closed. Nearby momizi, there are a traditional market and lotte mart. So very convenient to buy some foods, fruits, etc. Perfect hotel :) If I come back to Hanoi, I will stay here again. Good price and perfect service!!
