This is located in a very interesting part of Hanoi, a great place from which to explore after lunch. We liked it so much, we came back for dinner the next day, and they did not disappoint.

It's a place well run, with excellent service and reasonable prices for a high class meal!

Their menu is carefully chosen and executed with care and artistic. The foods are not just beautifully presented but absolutely delicious for the price! I was impressed with the vegan/vegetarian options. There were also a variety of meat dishes. I had the stir fried jasmine blossoms. They were absolutely delicious and very flavourful! The prices were a bit more expensive than average, but I think this reflects the excellent quality of food, excellent service, and comfortable environment. Air conditioned with fans and wifi. Very friendly staff. Fast service. I would definitely eat here again. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

We loved it so much that we returned and have sampled 6 dishes total, each one superb. Craft beer available. It's the "New Vietnam" and every bit as delicious as Nu (the old city trend setting restaurant) but cheaper. ROM is not located in the old city, but rather in the newer east side of town close to trendy, modern homestays and spas.

Too crowded. Wait for 20 minutes to be served, however the staffs are really quick. Food is OK, not so great, not bad. I haven't try the hotpot yet, lots of people order that. That place is like a cafeteria, crowded and noisy. So if you go alone or with your friends, you may come there. If you have important meeting or want a romantic dinner, a big NO. The vegan market up stair has a lot of vegan products.

I like eating at places where locals eat. This has a hole in the wall feel as you sit on small chairs and at a small table. I liked that you get to pick what meats and seafood you want to eat. I enjoyed the corn, honey bread, beef with mushrooms, the beef with garlic and the chicken. The honey bread is sooo good! I also liked the chili sauce and the peppers, salt and lime that they give you on the side.
