お店に入って、1Fカウンター席へご案内です。
生ビールで乾杯です。
お通しは、枝豆です。
あてに青とうからし味噌漬けと焼きもんおまかせ6串をいただきました。
青とうからし味噌漬け
青とうからしの食感と後からやってくる強めの辛み、甘めの味噌が合わさって、いいあてになって目覚めます。

焼鳥は、卓上にある、花山椒、黒七味、一味で味変できます。
途中にお口直しの大根おろしが提供されます。
鬼おろし大根おろしの上になめ茸がのっかっています。
生ビールを飲みきったので、酎ハイまんまとハイボール(ブラックニッカリッチ)を追加です。
もう少し、飲み食いしましょう。
お酒の追加は、芋焼酎白波 ロックです。
焼きもん単品、3種類追加しました。

〆に鶏めし(スープ付)をいただきました。
鶏めし(漬物付)
具は、鶏肉、人参、牛蒡、薄揚げが入っています。
具材の味がごはんに沁みています。
スープは、鶏出汁と塩味とネギのシャキシャキが合わさって、鶏めしとよく合いますね。
焼鳥とお酒がいただけて、満足です。
また、お邪魔したいと思います。
