金市朗さんのイメージは、金華サバ。と洗練された店構え…
しかし国分町グランパレにあったとは。昔からあったのかな…と、鯖好きな相方さんを誘って行ってみることにしました。
やはり他のお店とは違って昔からの(私は大好きな)空気が漂うお店です。
接客はみなさん落ち着いた女性の方で、丁寧かつ気配りも完璧。
お通しに心奪われます。
•こごみと鶏むね肉のごま和え
•もずく酢
•わかめと桜海老の酢の物
しかしお通しも国分町価格でしたが…ふむふむ。
頼んだものは
•ほや刺か、ほや酢か…と悩んでいたら
「じゃ両方ご用意しますね」と、お醤油もぽん酢も頂きました。ありがたい…
•金華鯖刺し
東北だと〆鯖が多くてお刺身はなかなか貴重ですね。ピカピカ。
•新筍の網焼き
とあったらわたしは頼まない訳には…。大好きです。
天麩羅にもできましたが迷わず網焼きで。塩でシンプルに頂きます。素材がほんとのやつですねー、地のもの。
•焼鳥の盛り合わせ
だいぶ、時間がかかりました(40分くらいかな…)まずまず、でした。
•定義山三角油揚げ
オリジナルのだし吟醸醤油で頂きます。
にんにく七味も付いてきました。
•真イカの塩辛
仙台味噌で味付けしてある自家製、というのに惹かれて。塩気控えめでおいしい〜!買って帰りたい。
この辺で終了しましたが、他にも目光の網焼きとか、栗駒豚と野菜の蒸籠蒸しとか、気になるものが沢山。
客層も接客もグランパレ、というかぐっと大人の雰囲気。落ち着いて楽しい時間を過ごせました。
