◇◾️2024年3月◾️◇
友人の乗り鉄・撮り鉄プランで動いて福知山へ
朝6時に出発、大阪→米原→長浜→敦賀→小浜
→東舞鶴→綾部→福知山
切符は「青春18切符」です
ほぼ各駅停車の旅 福知山駅到着16時10分ごろ
福知山駅から徒歩10分ほど。。。
17時予約で訪問しました
一階席も二階席もほぼ予約で満タン
どの席にも鴨すきの材料がセットされてます
次から次と「予約の〇〇です」と来客
これは、前から準備してないと間に合わないです
・鴨すき 二人前
鴨肉 つくね ネギ 豆腐
まずは、つくねを入れます
ネギと鴨肉はしゃぶしゃぶ
鴨肉だけ、ネギだけ、でも充分美味しいです
ネギを生のまま、塩と七味をかけて食べても美味しいです
鴨すきのイメージは鴨の脂がたっぷり浮く・・・
こちらのは、全く無し
あっさりした鴨すきでした
他のお店と比べるのは難しいかもです
全く別物のように感じました
焼き物を少々
・皮 3本 塩
・三角3本 塩
皮はパリパリで、鶏の香りがしっかり
三角もとても美味しい軟骨でした
いつも食べてるものより、上品でワンランク上
とても美味しかったです
また訪問したいと思います
