箱根に来ました。昼飯を食おうと蕎麦屋を探し、こちらに行くことにしました。芦ノ湖の奥から少し下ったところにあるようですので、車で向かいました。着いたのは12時少し過ぎ。少し変わった雰囲気です。古民家とかモダン和風とかではなく、和洋折衷でアートな雰囲気。ご主人作なのだろうと思われる作品が所狭しと展示されてます。
入っていくと、中は重厚なテーブルが並び洋風ですね。そして薪なんかも沢山あって山小屋風でもありますね。そして、蕎麦。深〜い!
窓際の席に座り、天せいろそば 二枚重ね(3,630円)を注文しました。天ぷらは才巻海老(車海老の小型サイズ)を太白生胡麻油でかき揚にしてあるそうです。
10分ほどで着せいろ。せいろが二段とかき揚げ天、大きなそば猪口、蕎麦つゆ徳利成らぬ鉄急須。中には温かい蕎麦つゆが入ってます。聞くと、大きなそば猪口に温かい蕎麦つゆを入れ、かき揚げもそばもそれで食べるのが開店以来のスタイルだそうです。良いですね♪そうしますよ。他には葱と山葵、おろしの薬味、そば猪口には柚子と大葉。良い感じです。
温かい蕎麦つゆを入れ、かき揚げを割ってみるとプリプリの海老が何匹も入ってました。衣はサクサク。蕎麦つゆに浸し食べるとプリ&サクっとしてんまい\(^o^)/こりゃ良いや(^O^)ししとうもサクッと食べちゃいました。
続いてそば。そば猪口に葱と山葵を入れ食べると細めの上品なそばはそばの風味が良い感じ。んまい\(^-^)/大人の味ですな〜^_^
続いておろしを入れるとキリッとしたそばからマイルドなそばに。これもうまいね\(^ω^)/
蕎麦は直ぐに無くなります。蕎麦湯が来たのでそいつを入れて血液をサラサラにします。粘度低めですが、そばの旨さが濃縮されてんまい(^-^)
完食、満足でした。箱根のそばの百名店は個性的ですが、旨いそば屋でした。ご馳走様でした。
