【辻堂・ぎあまん】

神奈川県山北町にある酒蔵、川西屋酒造の日本酒「丹沢山・隆」が大好きなママです。
「ずいき煮(芋の茎)」がめちゃくちゃ美味しかった。昔、おぱあちゃんが作ってくれたな〜。何年ぶりに食べただろう〜と思える一品でした。
「これ何だ?」と言って「あけびの味噌炒め」を出してくれました。初めて食べる物だったので何か分かりませんでした。あけびの皮を味噌炒めにすると知っていましたが、実際には身?を果物?としてしか食べた事がなかったので、とても新鮮でした。
食感はナスを炒めた感じですが、ほろ苦い味があり、砂糖を入れた味噌の甘みで丁度いいおつまみになっていました。
こういった、他では絶対に食べることができない料理(お惣菜)がこちらの「ぎあまん」さんの魅力です
