付き出しのほうれん草とシラスのポン酢がけは好みの茹で加減で、しかもこれなら多めに欲しいなという気持ち
を汲んだかのような盛り付けでテンションが上がる。
地物青菜の煮つけもいい味付けと、こちらは菜ものも隠れた魅力なのかも。
翻って刺身はいつも種類があまりないこと(季節にもよるとは思うけど)、前回もサーモンなんてあったし、
この日の真鯛も瀬戸内の味を期待していたのだけど肩すかし気味。
あん肝もさほど脂ののったものではなく、過大に期待しないほうがいいのかもしれない。
イイダコ天ぷらは時期的に子が入っていないものだったけどイイダコらしい味わいは十分。
豚天ポン酢は前回もいただいたが衣が薄く油切れ良いし、80g程度だろうか丁度良い大きさで酒を邪魔しない。
調理されたものではないけど、滅多に食べない干し柿チーズが素晴らしく美味しかった。
上品な甘さの干し柿と塩味と癖のないチーズとのバランスがよくどちらも余計にはみ出していない。
目立たない部分だけど当店はどの皿にも薬味やツマは鮮度の良いものをちゃんと添えてあり気持ちがいい。
物静かなご夫婦であり、特定のお客と過度に盛り上がるでもない。
こちらから話しかけても最低限の話で終わるし、客層も穏やかに過ごす方が多いので独酌ないし少人数で楽しむ
飲り方がいいように思う次第。
燗酒と冷酒とで分かれているけど、冷酒リストの酒を好みで燗に,とは応じてくれない。
相当なこだわりがあるのだろうけど少し柔軟であってもいいようには思うのだけど。
