水曜夜、この日は二の宮の焼鳥屋さんでも行こうかなぁと電話するも全く繋がらず、まぁ人気店ではないから休みかな?って事で、予定変更しシースーを食いに行く事に(^ ^)‼︎
つくば市は竹園、竹園ショッピングセンターにあります『吉竹』さんにお邪魔しました(^O^)ノ
こちらのお店は平成7年に開業されて今年で27年目、つくばでもまぁまぁ古いお寿司屋さんです(^ ^)♪♪
この日は昼飯も食べてたんでそんなにお腹が減っておらず、19:00頃に訪問しまして、先客1組(^ ^)!
まずはキリンクラシックラガーの中瓶で喉を洗浄し、メニューを見渡すと…
あ、あれっ?おつまみ系のメニューが1つも無い( ゚д゚)‼︎
寿司だけつまんで帰ろうなんて気が毛頭無かったので『つまみ系って何かあります⁇』と聞くと『お刺身の盛り合わせなら出来ますよ』との事で注文、良かったぁ(^ ^)♪♪
…と思ったらお通しでマグロ・タコ・イカ・トビコを和えた『ちらしのあたまだけ』みたいのと、キャベツときゅうりの浅漬けが出てきました(笑)
チビチビとビールを飲みながらお通しをやっつけていると、刺し盛り完成(^O^)‼︎
内容は子持ち昆布、貝ひも、中トロ?大トロ?、赤身、こはだ、鯛湯霜、白身昆布締めといった所ですかね(^ ^)♪♪
瓶ビールをおかわりし、この辺で日本酒に切り替えます!
本日頂いた日本酒が…
・妙高山 吟醸生貯蔵酒300ml(新潟県・妙高酒造)
そして前のお客さんも帰っちゃったんで(笑)ここいらでお寿司をおまかせで注文(^O^)ノ
客は僕だけなので、結構早いペースでお寿司が出てきちゃいました(笑)
ちなみにこちらのお寿司には全て煮切りが塗ってあります、つくばでは煮切りで出す店少ないかな(^ ^)⁇

ジェットコースターのように食べたが(笑)先程も話したが煮切りを塗ってあったり昆布締めだったり飾り包丁だったり、随所で江戸前の仕事が見れた(^O^)♪♪
いやー普通に旨かったです‼︎
ただ欲を言えば、やはりつまみで天ぷらや焼き物、一品料理がもぅチョイあると良かったかなぁ(^ ^)⁇
昼間にランチ食べた後、おうちに帰って酎ハイ4杯空けて、寝ないで寿司食いにきたんで酔いが回ってベロベロです(笑)
