旭川買物公園にある「焼き蛤」の専門店です。
前のお店に1度訪問したことがありますが、移転してからは初めての訪問です。
お店は靴を脱いで2階にあるんですが、1階のエントランスからオシャレ。
照明を落とし、間接照明を利用した店内はとてもスタイリッシュな雰囲気です。
まずは、
「サッポロクラシック(生)」(550円)。
席料935円で、お通しが提供されます。この日は、「ホタテ・北寄貝・タコ」を使ったお通しでした。
焼き蛤は3個ずつの提供。「ストップ」をかけるまで提供されます。ストップしたい場合は、提供された時に申し出るシステムです。
「焼き蛤」(この日は1個275円)2回でストップ、6個頂きました。
さすが専門店だけあっていい蛤使われていますね。身はプリプリで少し香ばしい、焼きたては最高ですね。
貝には白ワインが合うとのことだったので
「グラスワイン ガルシアカリオン」(495円)を。
他にもいろいろな貝があったので
「枝幸産 青ツブの壺煮」(869円)・・貝殻から取り出してみると思ったよりも大粒。コリコリっとした食感。磯の香りを感じる・・ツユまで美味しい!
イカゲソの焼いたのもある・・・気になるな。
「イカゲソ焼き~ガーリック風味~」(594円)・・とても柔らかく仕上がっていて食べやすかった。ガーリックの風味がいいですね。
次は日本酒飲んでみよう。辛口が飲みたくて
「一ノ蔵無鑑査 本醸造 超辛口」(605円)。日本酒の提供の仕方がとてもオシャレ!器に氷を敷いてその上にガラスの器が置かれています。冷えたまま最後まで飲めるからウレシイね。
海の幸以外にも美味しそうなものありますね。
前の店舗の時、食べて美味しかった
「鶏ささみ串のわさびのせ」(495円)・・柔らかなささみ、食感がいいですね。わさびがたっぷりのっていて風味もとてもいい。
少しお値段は張りますが、オシャレな空間で厳選された料理を頂けます。お店の方たちの対応も皆さん親切で好感が持てました!
