2000年オープン、厳選された上州産豚肉が味わえるとんかつ屋。
以前からお店の前を何度も通り過ぎていて、この日は無性にとんかつが食べたくなって初訪問。
店内に入ると、テーブル席とカウンター席、こじんまりしていてアットホームな雰囲気。
ご夫婦で切り盛りされているようで、地元の常連さんと談笑されていました。
その常連さんはビールに豚キムチを食べていて、羨ましかった...
とんしゃぶコースもあって、次回はお酒と一緒に楽しみたい。
枝豆、冷奴など...
夜は居酒屋テイストなところもあるんですね。

◉上ロースカツ定食(¥1600)
王道の上ロースカツ定食を注文。
調理場からトントンと豚肉を叩きつける音が食欲を掻き立てます。
提供された定食は、手作り感があって狐色のとんかつは大きめ。
とんかつを一口頬張ると、びっくりするぐらい柔らかくて、衣がサックサク。
みずみずしいキャベツも甘くて美味しい。
ソースは辛口をチョイス。
先ずは何もつけずにそのまま、岩塩、ソース、マスタード、少しずつ味変しながらジューシーなとんかつを堪能出来ました。
付け合わせのお漬物と味噌汁も普通に美味しかったし、デザートのあんみつも気になりました。
