20席。カウンターとテーブル席。予約可。駐車場あり。
営業時間11:30~15:00(L.O.14:00)、17:30~21:30(L.O. 20:30)。
定休、月曜。
ホテルニューオータニ博多をチェックアウト、鮨を食べてホテルを出ようとこちらを予約。
フロントで、開店直後なら混みませんか?
と確認したら、以外と混むときもあるのでとフロントが予約してくれて。
昨晩ワイン会の行われた、ザ・カステリアンルーム前を通り更に奥へ。
B1の一番奥。
明るい色調の和の店内。
入口と垂直にカウンター席。通路を挟んでテーブル席。
さすがホテル内のお店ですね。
カウンター寿司店で初めて、席間にアクリル板があるのを見ました。
3つあるテーブル席も、真ん中の1つは利用しないようにされてます。
カウンター内の厨房に若い男性が二人、フロアに女性一人。
握り手は、森さん。
見開きのメニューから、お寿司の特上を選択。
◆特上おまかせにぎり 5000円(税サ別)
手元に緑茶と醤油が用意され、寿司皿が置かれてスタート。
ガリは硝子の小鉢で。

デザートは、焙じ茶と。シャーベットと葡萄。
食べ終わる頃には席も殆ど埋まり、ランチに寿司を求められる方が多いのを実感。
割烹・小料理をされているだけあり、茶碗蒸しや海老頭天が美味しかった印象。
会計は店の表。
ホテルの会計窓口がありそちらで。森さんがそちらまで見送りで。
サンローゼ博多&ホテルニューオオタニ博多のプレミアム商品券は利用対象外。
