立ち飲み屋さんを足早に退散して、もう一人のお友達と博多駅で合流します。この九州出身の
方にお店を事前にチョイスして頂きましたので、4人そろって早速向かいます。
大将と店員さんの明るい雰囲気でのお出迎えの後、ホルモン刺をあてにビールで乾杯です。
お通しの千枚漬けはカブだったと思いますが、これがパリパリと歯ごたえよく途中でおかわり
してしまいました。チーズ奴(やっこ)はクリームチースにおかかと甘口しょうゆをかけてあり、
見た目が極薄の豆腐やっこに似せてあります。添えられたキャベツにこれを載せて食べますが
なかなかこれもウマい!最初からグイグイきます。
血管、ハツ、酢モツ、センマイ…どれも変なクセが無く、しっかり下処理されているのでしょう
ね。血管やセンマイはギュッと弾力があり、酢モツでさっぱり口直し、そしてハツ刺がまたトロ
っとしていて絶品(*^^*)
ビール、ハイボールを追加した後に早々と日本酒登場~喜多屋は福岡の八女で仕込まれる地酒
です。寒山水も同じ酒造の銘柄ですね。純米大吟醸はさらっと口当たりが良く、ラベルにある通り
フルーティな香り…これは危険な飲み物です(^^) 特別純米はキリっとキレがあって、この後食べた
焼き物に合いました。
特上ホルモン焼はジューシーな脂身とモチモチな噛み応えがたまりませんね。塩こしょうで
ウマウマです。ハツ焼も大きめの角切りカットで食べ応え十分。気持ちよく噛み切れる感覚が
印象に残っています。
〆に近づいて、九州に来たらやっぱりもつ鍋ですね(^^) 鍋は1人前ですが、ボリューム
ありましたね。シャキシャキのニラ、キャベツとプリプリもつ、とんこつベースのスープが
お酒で気分が良くなってきた体にスーッと染み渡ってきます。最後にご飯を注文して雑炊で
フィニッシュですが、スープを吸収したご飯と溶き卵のコラボがいい味出してました。
最初友達から予約したという連絡で「何の煮込み料理を出すのだろう?」と思っていました
が、まさか店名だったとは(^^;; そして外れの無かったホルモンの刺身、焼き、鍋の3点を
堪能できました。系列で2、3店出しているようですが、こんなお店が近くにあったらいいなぁ
と思いつつ、博多の夜はまだまだ長いのでした。
