名古屋に住んでいる時も、出張でしょっちゅう行っていた時も、いつ行っても一杯で入れなかったこちら。今回は遅い時間に名古屋に着く予定だったのでダメ元で当日電話すると22時なら入れるとのこと。予約しました。
少し前に着くと、先客1組のみでした。カウンター席に座って早速注文です。
〈食べた物〉

串は一本ずつ頼みましたが、串ごとに皿に乗せて提供頂きました。部位毎にタレと塩の設定がされていて、皮だけ聞かれました。おすすめを聞くとタレだったのでタレにしました。
先ずキャベツですが、予め塩が少しだけ振ってあります。ほんのり味がついて、少しだけ水気が抜けてうまい。塩の振り方が絶妙です。
どの串も塩加減が絶妙で、火入れはしっかり目。炭の香りがしてうまい\(^o^)/
タレは薄め。名古屋っぽく無いですが、皮とは素晴らしいマッチングです。カリカリの皮をタレに潜らせて薄めの甘味を纏いグッと旨味が増します\(^-^)/同じくタレのちょうちんのきんかんは口の中で弾けます。うまい\(^ω^)/
塩で秀逸なのは、白レバーとつくね。レバーはとろとろ。固くなる直前の火入れですね\(^o^)/つくねにはコーチンの軟骨が入り肉肉しさとコリッとした食感が楽しめました\(^-^)/
最後にそぼろご飯。これは完全にサービスメニューです。食べた方が良いです。そぼろだけじゃなくてコーチンスープがついてこのお値段。熱々のスープとパラパラそぼろ、わさび、錦糸卵、ご飯が合う〜(^O^)
男性4人のオペでしたが、丁寧な接客で気持ちよく食事ができました。また来ます。美味しかった。ご馳走様でした。
