今日は長年、大好きな『ねのひ』のビルの上層階にある会社・イズミック様で、有難いことに【リーダー研修】を担当しました。ご縁に感謝。
その【リーダー研修】を喜んで頂けたので、嬉しくて一人でランチ&祝杯をあげました。
こちらのお店は、350年以上続く蔵元『盛田』が運営していて、『盛田』のお酒、しょうゆ、味噌などが使用されています。だから、まいう〜なのです。
ちなみに『盛田』は、SONY創業者・盛田昭夫さんのご実家で、盛田さんは『盛田』の15代目当主なのです。
今回、食事の前に、初めて限定酒『純米大吟醸 紡(つむぐ)』を飲みました。私好みでスッキリして、旨みがあって、ひと口で気に入りました。まいう〜♪
ランチは、いつも『魚介の馳走膳』です。
フライ、煮魚、焼き魚、お造りが盛り付けられ、どれもボリューム満点! それぞれが単品でも充実、おかずとして成り立つ逸品です。
私は、煮魚に使われている味噌が美味しいので、アジフライもこの味噌をつけて食べます。まいう〜だから、やってみてください。
名古屋名物の濃厚な赤味噌のお味噌汁は、大根、ごぼう、にんじんなど根菜がたっぷりで、こちらもボリューム満点。
しかも、ご飯も一粒一粒がしっかり美味しくて、サービスでついてくる『ちりめんじゃこ』をかけて食べると、さらにまいう〜。
しかも店内の内装は、天井が高くて、席もゆったり感があり開放感があります。また、店員さんも親切で感じが良いです。
一人で行っても、リラックスして楽しめるお店です。名古屋で美味しい名古屋メシを食べたいなら、こちらのお店がおススメです。ごちそうさまでした。
