天然地魚入り刺身の盛合せはこの日は無しという
事で刺身の盛合せにしましたが鮮度はイマイチ(^_^;)
炉端焼きの店なんですが火力が弱すぎですね(^_^;)
備長炭の扱いも分かってない。。。
堪らず焼き手に魚焼いた事あるか?と問い掛ける
始末。。。隣席のお客も私の一言に大きく頷き
半ば呆れ顔。焼き方も知らないアルバイトが焼いて
ますので美味しいはずはないんですが素材は良いの
で辛うじて食べられる感じですね(^_^;)
調理師の免許持った人間が調理してるとは思えない
ですね。
藁焼きした鰹は画像の通りひどい仕上がり(^_^;)
これだけ酷いのは中々味わえませんので逆に貴重な
体験でした(^_^;)中途半端な藁焼きパフォーマンス
なんかやめて焼き方の基本を学んだ方が良いね‼️
俺が焼いた方がまだだいぶましかな?
印象的だった料理は
◇サラダの野菜
◇瀬戸内レモンサワー
炉端焼きとは関係のない地物野菜と瀬戸内レモン
はとても美味しかった✨
残念ながら焼き物、揚げ物は最低レベルですね(^_^;)
女性スタッフの接客がとてもホスピタリティー面は
良かった✨
