珍しい九州料理が食べれるフクちゃんへ。
博多だけでなく熊本、宮崎、鹿児島の
名物料理があります。
どれを食べても、そこそこ美味しく
お値段も手頃なので人気があります。
もつ鍋は博多名物と書いてますが
ややフクちゃんオリジナル寄りかな。
食べた金のもつ鍋は鶏ガラ、昆布だしで
プリプリ大きめのもつが入っています。
元々あっさりなところにモヤシが
たっぷり入っているせいか個人的には
やや頼りなく感じる味でした。
馬刺しも、まぁまぁ美味しく
甘口の専用醤油が旨さを増します。
地鶏の炭火炙り焼きも塩加減も良く
柔らかで柚子胡椒をつけると
これまた美味しくいただけます。
