こちらのお店はJR青梅線の羽村駅東口から市役所通りを歩いて10分ほど、通り沿いのトリオ
ビル地下一階にある和食厨房の居酒屋さんでオープンから9年目になると伺いました。
お店に着いたのは11:50ぐらいで店内の先客はカウンターに一人、入り口から右手の小上がり
席奥のテーブルに座りました。
予約してあったのは特別ランチのコースで3,000円を三人分、このコースには先付け・向付け・
揚げ物・煮物・焼き物・食事・デザートまでがセットです。
先ず始めに出てきたのは先付け、竹笹の形をした長皿に玉ねぎと帆立貝のマリネ・超小茄子の
田楽・つぶ貝・鴨肉の薫製・京生麩とか。
まずまずのお味に折角なので軽く一杯やりたいところでしたが午後に差し支えそうなので… 我
慢・忍耐・辛抱です。
お次は向付けのお刺し身で小さめなお皿に盛り合わせ、鯛と縞あじ・カンパチが二切れずつあり
山葵も添えて。夜のコースでお願いし食べて呑みたい、そんなちゃんとしてるお刺し身です。
頃合い良く出てきた揚げ物は鱈の白子の天ぷら、食べると深~い甘味の鱈の白子でまさに旬の
肴でお酒が恋しい~。
煮物は中皿に盛られた大きな豚の角煮と煮玉子半分・生麩で和カラシ添え、こちらはしっかりと
いた甘い醤油な味わいで炊きたてのご飯と併せたい。
焼き物は瓦見たいな形のお皿に盛られたサーロインステーキ、食べると良く焼きで中身はレアー
でほど良い焼き加減、ビールか赤ワインなど似合いそう。
食事は白くてやや小さめな陶器の椀にカニ雑炊で三つ葉・きざみ海苔がトッピング、小皿の漬け
物もまずまずです。
私たちが食事をしている間に店内に来たランチのお客は8人、あいにくランチメニューを見ること
はありませんでしたが… 次回は普通のランチをいただきたい。
