高級中華って引いちゃう程高い割になかなか気に入ったお店には遭遇出来ないなと感じていましたが
ある日、新宿京王プラザホテルの南園でオリエンタルな雰囲気の中、バチコーンと納得の中華料理に感動!
地元、多摩センターでも京王プラザホテル多摩に南園があり此方もまた悪くないので予約を入れました
夕食の為にホテルへ行くなんて一庶民には案外イベントなんです。ウキウキ気分で突入です。
温かいジャスミン茶で興奮を落ち着かせ料理を待ちます。

前菜はぶっといクラゲと鶏のしっとり冷製、ジューシーな赤い焼豚。どれも素晴らしく流石高級中華、レベルが高い
身の厚いふかひれは食感を楽しむ料理、スタッフさんが取り分けてくれます。爽やかなあんも抜群です
点心の2品も出来たて熱々でライスペーパー巻は食感良く外パリ中ブリンブリンの海老祭り
せんべい入りで香ばしいチリソースも辛味酸味控えめ、変に主張しないのが好印象。中華の海老ってなんでこんなに旨いのか
一品料理はあんが美味しいので花巻で全て掬いあげます。チリソースが良く合いました。
〆はプリプリの海鮮に絡まった薄塩味のビーフン。腹パンパンなのに入っちゃう不思議
キンキンに冷やされたタピオカココナッツミルクで大満足のホテルディナーでした。
オイル抑え目で薄味の素材が香るあっさり仕立て。これだけ食べても胃もたれ無く食べ切れ、
当たり前ながら街中華とは一味二味も…五味は違うかもしれない衝撃的なディナーに大満足で京プラを後にするのでした。
