見た目へ普通のコロッケのようですが
越前カニ(福井沖で水揚げされたズワイ)
ベシャメルソースではなく
タラの白子を裏漉し、そこに牡蠣を加え具にする
そんな突き抜けた創造性
クリーミーな舌触りは本家と同じく
後から押し寄せる濃厚な味わいが重なり合い
まー、すごいんです、語彙力がなくなる程に…
おでんや茶碗蒸しなど
庶民的なメニューに想像性が足されて
どれもスペシャルに仕上りに
ペアリングの日本酒も素晴らしいラインナップ
