松見坂にある日本料理屋さんです。
かつて、ここには、人気の水餃子屋さんがあり、
ときどきお邪魔していました。
きれいなL字のカウンター。
大将、小林大祐さんは都内各所で修行をしたそう。
コースは10500円です。

新玉葱を浅利の出汁で炊き、
裏ごししたものを詰めています。
黒七味で
新玉葱が滑らかで甘みがとてもいいです。

愛媛産の白河。
希少な白河がいただけるのも、ご時世でしょうか。
しかも、頭でした。
大将に、産地を聞いたところ
「愛媛です。愛媛のが一番いいですから」と
おっしゃっていましたが、お店によって見解が
異なりますね。

徳島産
ちょっと脂ののりが悪かったので、
揚げ物にした、とのこと。

鱗がさくさくに仕上がっていました。

釜炊きで、福岡朝倉の「君不知」というブランドです。
艶々に炊きあがり、ほのかな甘みがあり、とても美味。
