東京都 世田谷区にある 鮨 徳助 さんに 行ってきました
自分が初めて東京のお鮨にハマっていたのは
小野次郎・水谷八郎 両氏の全盛期で
上野毛には あら輝 があり
東日本橋には 日本橋橘町 都寿司 の
杉田さんが 頭角を現し始めたころ~
現在の東京の有名な鮨店は
3万円を超えるのが当たり前になり
ほとんどのお店が二部制を導入
それでも 予約が困難という
まさに “鮨バブル” 状態・・・
その様な お店には興味がわかず
当時から お付き合いがある
お店に現在も出向いています
そんなお店の一軒が
今回レビューする 鮨 徳助 さんです
東急大井町線 尾山台駅より徒歩2分
地元の商店街ハッピーロード尾山台にお店があり
半地下にある店内は暖かなな雰囲気だけども
オープンして30年の歴史の重みも感じさせます
今回は おまかせ(9900円)に
お酒を堪能したかったので
酒肴を一品 追加していただきました

酒肴はシンプルだけども
手間を加えた逸品ぞろい!
あまりの美味しさに日本酒が進み過ぎ
もう幸せです~
お鮨も しっかりと江戸前の仕事が施され
酢飯加減も好みの塩梅
握りの技術も素晴らしく
この価格で頂けるのが凄いと思います
徳さん 女将さんの接客も暖かく
