19時半からの部で伺いました。物凄く寒い夜だったので初っ端から加茂金秀純米の熱燗を。
その後、冷たいビールをチェイサーで頂きました。
その日の先付けは虎河豚の出汁仕立ての焼き白子の白味噌汁。
先付けから身体に沁み渡りますね。

そして河豚鰭、蟹甲羅酒をタンマリ頂き、5キロ超級の天然大虎河豚と松葉蟹を食べ尽くす、贅沢な新年会となりました。
美味しい料理もさる事ながらスタッフの手際とおもてなしが素晴らしかったですね♫
