まず予約は食べログのウエブサイトから予約をしますが電話でも出来そうです。
夜は税抜18,000円のコースのみでサービス料はかかりません。
それとドリンクのペアリング+7,000円もありますが今回は遠慮しました。
場所は中目黒駅から程近いですが特に看板等もなくポストに[みやしろ]と書いてあるのが目印ですが外観は古びた感じです。
しかし、中に入るともう一枚扉がありそこを開けると綺麗な内装のカウンターがあります。
以下、食べた物ですがこちらは塩だとか天つゆ等の指示はありませんので自由で良いのですが私的には天つゆには鰹出しが使われていてお魚の天ぷらだと味が濁るので基本的に塩で食べます。
野菜は100%天つゆで甲殻類の海老は塩で鱚と穴子だけは塩と天つゆを半分づつで食べます。

以上ですが天婦羅屋さんではあるが創作和食の色も強いお店で天婦羅部門でミシュランを取れるかどうか(天婦羅に特化していない)は解りませんが天婦羅より創作和食の驚きと美味しさが際立っていて大変美味しいお店です。
只、弱点としてはペースが速い所です。出された品はなるべく速く写真を撮影して直ぐに食べなければ意味がありませんのでそれを見た店主さんが食欲旺盛と判断したのかも知れませんが。
後、最近は歳のせいか美味しいお店はやや採点が甘くなる傾向があるのは自覚していますが美味しい物は美味しいと素直に採点したい。変に食通ぶって辛口評価をする様な偏屈な歳の取り方はしたくないので御了承下さい。特に完璧な物は無いとの思考から5点満点を避ける方も居られますが所詮は人間が創り物であるからには完璧など有り得ない。
神ではないのだから…。
