・本日の歩路庵 Pojian おまかせコース(12000円※値段は選べます)/黒ラベル(600円)×2/奥播磨純米吟醸(一合)(1250円)×3 を頂きました。2人で〆て約32000円(1人約16000円)でした。
・お刺身から〆に至るまで、全てを食事のペースをみながら、ちょっとずつ提供してくださる懐石スタイルがとても良かったです。まさに、お酒と食事を愉しむ、ためのコースです。
・当日のコースは、穴子の稚魚→菜の花とホタルイカの酢味噌→こはだ→白魚→ボタン海老→あん肝を平目で巻いて→すみいか→タコ→天草の車エビ→明石の太刀魚→雲丹いくら→ぶり→生牡蠣→まぐろ→松葉ガニ→鯛と穴子の茶碗蒸し→のどぐろの焼寿司→冷静茶そばペペロンチーノ、でした。どれも美味しいのですが、個人的に特に刺さったものは、ぷりっぷりでしっかりした甘みのある「天草の車エビ」、鮮度抜群×ほどよい味付けの「生牡蠣」、カニ味噌部分に白身をしっかり砕いて混ぜ合わせることでしっかり詰まった手間暇かけた逸品「松葉がに」、見ただけで旨いとわかる「のどぐろの焼寿司」、お腹いっぱいの〆でもするりと頂けてしまう「冷静茶そばペペロンチーノ」です。これらを、日本酒と共にちびちびと味わいながら会話を愉しめる素敵なコースと空間。カウンターでもしっかり広めのテーブルになっているので、窮屈さも一切ありません。店員さんも程よく話しかけてくださり、とても気持ちの良い適度な距離感の中で夕食を愉しむことができました。コースは値段のレンジが結構広めなので、日常使いももちろんですが、記念日などに高めのコースで贅沢是非利用するのもお薦めです。中目黒にこんな隠れ家的な素敵な海鮮お料理屋さんがあったとは知りませんでした。また訪れたいと思います。ご馳走様でした。
