フォロワーさんのレビューを拝見し、姉を誘って訪問しました。
レビューの写真、10000円とは思えない内容なんです。ちょっとワクワク。
五反田駅で待ち合わせ。早く駅に着いたのでお店の下見にいったのですが、場所が少しわかりにくい・・・。
思わず、お店に電話してしまいました。ホテルサンルートの裏手でした。
1階はカウンターのみ。2階はテーブル席があるそうです。
こじんまりとした空間が居心地がいい。1階のカウンターに座りビールで乾杯。
料理は今のところ、お任せ10000円コースのみだそう。
鮑蒸しと蛸の柔らか煮からスタート。
それから、雲丹の2種類。ばふん雲丹とむらさき雲丹。私ははむらさき雲丹が好み。
食べ比べって楽しいですね。大将が「上質のマグロが入ったんですよ」と。
赤身、中トロ、大トロの握りをいただきました。つまみと握りが交互に出されます。
一番好みだったのが車海老。海老の味噌を包丁でたたいてくれて、車海老の上にのせてくれました。
甘くて鼻に抜ける海老の香りがいいですね。旬の貝もいろいろいただきました。
シャリはネタによって2種類使い分けているそうです。
握りは小さめ。個人的には、もう少し存在感があるチャリが好みかな。
大将と、のほの温かいおしゃべりが楽しい。玉子と筍とワカメの味噌汁で〆。
日本酒やワインの種類が豊富なので、お酒が好きな方にもおすすめです。
