なんだかとっても天麩羅が食べたい日、調べてみたら
銀座のはずれ、八丁堀方面に発見「天朝」
早速TAXIを停める。
厨房を囲むようにL字のカウンター、10人くらいは座れます。
ランチは松@3300円、竹@2600円、梅@2000円、天丼@1700円の4種。
せっかくだから松をお願いする。
UPの写真の順に出されました。
まずはお茶、続いて香の物とごはんとサラダ、天つゆが準備され
さあ揚げ始められます。その間に蜆の赤だし。
才巻き海老2尾、鱚、蓮根、鬼がら、銀杏、帆立、穴子、蕗の薹、
椎茸、公魚、最後に小海老のかき揚げです。
食材はいいですね、蕗の薹と公魚のほろ苦さ。
「イヤじゃなければ海老は尻尾まで食べて下さい。」と
肉厚の椎茸も、ほくほくの蓮根、帆立の火入れも申し分なし。
鱚も穴子も肉厚でアチチとじゅわ~の肉汁がたまりません。
おいしかった(*^_^*)
