お寿司一つ一つに丁寧に仕事をされてる印象
冷たいネタは手で温めたり
海苔は乾燥機で使う瞬間までパリッと
ネタケースを開けたら、ペーパーで乾燥を防いだりと、ちょっと時間はかかるけど、一番美味しい状態で提供してくれます
飲み物はそんなに高く感じなかった
ありがたいです
赤酢が好みではあるがほろりと口の中で
ほどけるシャリも絶品です
かんぴょう巻き最高に美味しい
でも、全部席が埋まってしまったら
なかなか手間はかけられなくなるよね
その辺りは調整されてるのかな
