久しぶりに、両国を訪問する機会を得て。
月曜日なので、コチラを再訪することにしました。
「北斎せいろ、美味しかったな。」と思い出しながら入店。
でも、旬のおすすめメニューに「牡蠣天せいろ」を見つけてしまったら、
もう矢も盾もたまらず。
“三陸産”の、大粒の牡蠣が3つ。それに獅子唐、南瓜、パプリカの天ぷら。
どれも薄衣なので、添えられた酢橘と塩で。牡蠣は塩と天つゆ、それぞれでいただきました。
ジューシーで旨味が口の中に零れ出る牡蠣の、至福の美味。
今回は、この牡蠣天ぷらが余りに素晴らしいので
もっちりとした蕎麦も、ちょっと印象が霞んでしまいました。
この牡蠣は、せいろに添うには強すぎです。
「北斎せいろ」にして蕎麦を楽しみ、別に「牡蠣天ぷら」1,180円を頼む方が
実はバランスが良かったですね。
牡蠣天を先に平らげ、口中が少し落ち着いてから
残りの蕎麦をシンプルにいただきました。
花番の女性も、あれこれお気遣い下さり
とにかく、久しぶりにコチラの蕎麦を楽しみましたヨ。
