家族旅の締め括りに自分が選んだのは、ねぎま鍋で有名な”浅草一文 本店”さん。
夏なのに鍋~と思う方もいるかもしれないっすけど、今はエアコンがあるから問題ないっす。
逆に、日頃冷たいものばかり食べているこの時期の胃腸には好都合っす。
旅行出発1週間前に電話予約をし、その際2日前までに事前予約しないと食べられないすっぽん鍋2人前も予約したっす。
こちらのお店、支払方法がちと変わっていて、初めに木札に両替をするっす。
一文100円なので1人5~6000円として、4人なら200~250文くらい変えておけばいいと思うっす。
不足したら両替できるし、余れば帰りにレジで返金されます。

自分は何度かこちらには来ているんすけど、家族は初めて。
最初はすっぽんなんてグロくて無理。などと言っていたが、一口食べたら止まらない止まらない。
あっという間に雑炊まで完食!1回目の〆完了。
続いて上ねぎま鍋2人前を注文。
鍋が沸騰したら野菜を入れ、ひと煮立ちしたら鮪を投入。
鮪の部位はほほ肉、しゃぶしゃぶより少し煮込んだ方が筋がとろけて美味いんす。
少し煮込んだことで筋が溶け出し、スープに旨味がでて〆のうどんが更に美味くなるんす。
最後にうどんを投入して2回目の〆完了っす。
〆のうどんは1人前にしましたが、ボリュウムが有るので4人でも十分でした。
家族皆お腹がパンパンになり大満足だったようっす。
