正月2日に、何処かお鮨が食べれるお店はないものかと食べログで検索、ヒットしたこちら『水道橋 鮨みつ』さんへそのまま食べログから予約して伺いました。
神保町駅から徒歩で向かいましたが約10分、とても分かり易く一発でお店に到着しました。
雑居ビルの5階、予約時間11:30よりも少し早いのですが、既に他のお客様達がカウンターに座られているので、私もそのままカウンター端に案内していただきました。
予約時にお願いしたのは、

いただいた内容は下記へ。
◆ 先付け 生シラスとわかめの酢物
生シラスがトロッとしてますね、酢は少し角が立ってます。
◆ お造り ボストン産マグロ 赤身
赤身にしては脂があります。
お造りは事前にラップをして冷蔵庫に準備されてます。
◆ 小丼 生雲丹とキャビアの小丼
根室産馬糞ウニにシャリを合わせた小丼。
シャリは赤酢、シャリが私には柔らか過ぎでした。
