この日は会社の日本酒会(4名のうち2名は日本酒がダメだが)
紅一点の女史はおでんが食べたいとのことで、銀座、日本橋界隈のおでん屋さん捜索。
女史と二人で店を絞り込み(こういうのは楽しいですな)こちらへ、11月なので、まだ大丈夫どろうと2週間前に予約を入れる。
私自身はこちらの店ははじめて。期待する。
予定の19:30には直ぐには入れなかったが、一番奥の席。注文が言いにくいが仕方がないか。
周りの女子大生組は最高潮に盛りあがっていた、それにしても渋いな体育会女子大生は。
まずは、瓶ビール。これがサッポロの赤星、いわゆるラガーである。これがある店は旨い!とは持論だが、外したことがない。
お通しは煮こごり。これはスタートにはいいでな。日本酒党の女史と二人で盛り上がる。

ここから日本酒。大吟醸などいらない、菊正宗のぬる燗大徳利で!
酒肴は量はそれほどないが、どれも、丁寧な料理で好感が持てる。
それと、奥まった席ではあるが、店員さんは早期に気づき、注文を取りに来るし、遅延もない。
山芋磯辺揚げ、きす天まで来るといよいよおでんを
お任せでまず頂く。
しみ込んだ大根と、感激したのが、とろとろとなった若芽。
箸で上げると簡単に崩れるくらいの柔らかさ。これには感激しましたわ。
日本酒が進みます。
さらに、各自が好きなネタを頼む。
その中では「ゆばしゅうまい」は私にとって光る逸品。
しゅうまいの具を湯葉で巻いたものだが、もともと湯葉好きなので、ノックアウトだ。
おでん屋さんは当然おでんだが、それ以外の酒肴がしっかりしている。
実に美味しい店である。但し、店が大き過ぎる感がする。
しみじみとおでんを楽しみたい方は別の店へどうぞ。
それにしても隣の体育会女子学生は良く飲んでいるな。
