八角の効いたお味で、鴨タンはさらに濃い目のお味で好み。
臭豆腐は調理中からあの独特の香りが笑
実際に登場すると、現地のものよりはマイルドで食べやすい。
あと印象に残っているのは、台湾の紅茶を使ったスモークチキン。ほんのり甘さが感じられます。
次にぶっとびスープ。具沢山のスープです。
