フォン・ド・カナールのソースは良かった。
鴨の量感に対してあのマスタードの量では添える意味が全く無い気がする。

総評
クラシックフレンチですが、全体になんだか物足りなさを感じる。
手はかかってると思うんだけど纏まりがないというか何というか…
山場をちょっと感じたのは鴨のソース位かなぁ
オマールや尾長鯛が高級食材だというのは十分承知してるけどこの金額設定なのがどうも釈然としない
安めのコースだと一応値段なりの内容には見えるんだけど
同じ四谷エリアの『北島亭』の同額コースに比べるとかなり割高感がある。
北島亭より優れてるのは内装とサーヴィスくらいか
何となく後味の悪さを感じつつ店を跡に
