赤坂見附駅から徒歩3分程の繁華街のビル2階にある『プロカンジャンケジャン赤坂店』。
本店が韓国ソウルにあり、40年以上の歴史がある「カンジャンケジャン」の専門店で、来日した韓流スターや日本の芸能人もよく来店している人気の韓国料理店である。
「カンジャンケジャン」とは、醤油ダレに活きたワタリガニを漬け込み、数日熟成させた韓国料理の一品。
今夜は韓国料理好きの友人に誘われて初めてお店を訪問し、ご飯泥棒とも言われる「カンジャンケジャン」と、韓国焼酎チャミスルを満喫した。

◉この店では、韓国西海で獲れるメスのワタリガニを、自家製の秘伝タレに4日ほど漬け込んだカンジャンケジャンを、食べやすくカットして出してくれる。
食べると、トロトロした甘い蟹身と濃厚な内子の旨味が口の中いっぱいに広がる。
途中から、蟹の甲羅にご飯を入れて混ぜて食べると、あまりの旨さに「ご飯泥棒」と呼ばれる。
韓国料理の美味さにつられてチャミスルを飲みすぎた。
久しぶりのカンジャンケジャンは美味かった❗️
