今回は当日の1時間前に食べログから予約しました。
21時からスタートと、仕事終わりの方に最適です。
大将、中村さんが寡黙に仕事をなさっており、
好印象でした。ちなみにすし匠の中澤大将を
尊敬しているとの事でした。中澤大将からも
お勧めされた為、相思相愛の関係、素敵です。
仕事が丁寧な姿勢に納得しました。
尚、中村大将がお客様の携帯操作音をしっかり
注意していたのも好印象でした。
非常に残念だったのは、出入口の目の前が
道路につき、お酒を飲んだ人達が騒ぐと
うるさいと思いました。
お寿司のネタは厚く、シャリも
しっかりありますので、少食の方は
初めからシャリ少なめにされた方が
良いと思います。
